Background

Taylor Dand has over 10 years experience working in Conveyancing and Law firms, opting to work as a Conveyancing Paralagal whilst studying a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Criminology at the University of New England.

Taylor’s expertise include the sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, related parties transfers, subdivisions, preparation and lodgement of NSW Land Registry Service dealings including easements, caveats, and mortgages, the sale and purchase of business, leasing, as well as advice on loan documents.

Taylor's experience also extends to estate planning and administration including the preparation of Wills, Powers of Attorney and Appointments of Enduring Guardian, Notice of Deaths, Transmission Applications and applications for Probate and Letters of Administration.

Having grown up on the North Coast in Coffs Harbour, Taylor has strong bonds with the coast and a great understanding of how regional law firms support the local community.
