1. Tell us about your journey to working in the legal industry?

When I left school I had no idea what I wanted to do but I knew that I loved helping people. I went to business college at Passmores in Newcastle, completed a dual diploma in Legal/Real Estate Studies and from that I became intrigued with the legal profession.

Upon finishing my course, I was employed in Newcastle where my love for conveyancing grew so much that I enrolled at Macquarie University to become a Licensed Conveyancer. I feel that buying a house is one of the major life events and I love that I can assist people throughout the whole process.

I love everything about Port Macquarie. All my family is here and that is very important for me. I love that we are surrounded by beaches and living only a short drive away in Wauchope I love that we are able to just relax on property with our family and friends.  We spend a lot of time with our kids riding motorbikes, horses and just enjoying the outdoors.

2. If there is one piece of advice you could give someone in relation to the Legal Profession and its services, what would it be?

As a younger person, we don’t prioritise our life planning. I think it’s important especially once starting a family and buying property to have your Will and life documents in order.

3. What is a quote/saying/mantra you live by?

Live like you mean it.”
